Let Pex Graphics Hand your Graphic Design and Web Development
Pex Graphics will not be held liable for any copyright infringement committed by clients, whom provide materials which are not properly sought out prior to any graphic design or web development service we rander to them or any third party agent in the course of designing a graphics or developing a website. All materials to be used in the graphics design process should be provided by the clients, as the case maybe, unless the client wishes us to provide such materials on their behalf, which would attract an extra fees. 50% Non refunded fees would be provided prior to the commencement of any clients Jobs (Incase where a down payment is not provided, Pex Graphics would not commence with your work). Pex Graphics would not be held responsible for any internet fraud committed by any clients we design graphics for or develop website for, as Pex Graphics is simply a Graphics Design and Web Development services and does not take part in fraud activities and are not responsible for what clients uses a design or website for.
<PEX GRAPHICS NON DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT
We offer non disclosure agreement services to our various clientel whom which to keep any agreement between us and our clients or any third party client whom wish to keep their project extremely private. As we know that most cooperate businesses and organisations develop their websites and certain graphics with sensitive informations which there would not want to be public knowledge, Pex Graphics provide such an environment for businesses and organisation to design graphics and develop the website with the ultomost privacy, thus ensuring that no outsider knows about such projects and which graphic design or web development teams or companies worked on the said project.
